Below is the tentative time table for the upcoming Sept. 14-16, 2021 course. Participants may attend any classes from any tracks, however, it is recommended to follow the tracks as they are designed for different experience levels.

Students & Teachers

MEMS will subsidize $140 OFF registration for students or teachers. Proof of college enrollment or faculty employment will be required at on-site registration to qualify. Please note this in the Comments box during enrollment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Full Refunds, less a 5% administrative charge will be credited back to you if cancellation occurs at least 20 days prior to the session. Late cancellations after 20 days prior to the event will incur a $75.00 late cancellation fee.

Late Registration: Those who do not pre-register will pay the late registration fee and are NOT guaranteed a spot in any individual session or class. However, walk-in students are welcome and may pay by cashiers check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MC, or Discover)

No-Shows: Those who register and do not cancel will forfeit their entire membership fee for the school.
